Action Planner Features: 

  • Enhanced Action Planner Dashboard to:

    • View updates about activity related to creating action plans

    • See notifications about all care activity from the previous calendar day, including care tasks delivered at home

    • Navigate to frequently used Care3 functions

  • ​Updated reporting tab to view progress on existing Action Plans and to see completed Action Plan reports

  • Structured Problems and Objectives for increased Action Plan clarity and accountability for IDT and family members

Mobile App Features: 

  • Emergency contact information to guide family caregivers to the appropriate care

  • Medication lists updated with the most recent action plan 

  • Time and location tracking for all care tasks

  • Participant/Family verification for all care tasks completed by aids
